Greetings from Forest Creek!

Running low on produce this week, with last weeks cold and drought. I harvested the salad mixes pretty heavily last week (there wasn't a whole lot to start with), so I'll need to let them grow out some this week. Fortunately, it's not supposed to be quite as cold this week, and I'll work on watering extra.

I expect everything to sell out quickly this week, since supplies are rather limited.
Here's what I do have:

1.00 - chives
1.00 - parsely
1.00 - baby carrots, just over half a pound
1.25 - chinese cabbage 'lettucy type,' 2 available;
